It had to be too early in the morning for anyone to be up. Because when it rains as hard as it did last night everyone in the house would sleep in because the tropical air would have cooled down to where one could snuggle in the covers a little longer.  Breakfast would be late because our cook would come later, all in all the rain was a welcome in the wee hours of the morning.

I reached around the covers to find my blanket to  wrap around myself to stay warm ...the plan was to jump out  take a look, and back into bed while it was still warm.
